Instead of a direct email to @asapgroceries - can there be an in-app web form and on the website where customer's will fill in all their information - which should happen automatically if they'll be logged in. Customers will fill in information from their name to order number to query and explain the situation - that will help a lot in resolving tickets quicker and improve one touch tickets. And those queries according to the category they choose should go to a specific box within Zendesk, and we can have certain people within the team perform those type of processes.
